These terms apply to all purchases, subscriptions, and use of services offered via the website, unless otherwise stated in writing.

By completing a purchase or subscription, you accept these Terms of Sale.

Legwork ApS provides customised software services that are developed specifically for each customer. Such services involve work performed on an hourly basis and may include an initial fee followed by an ongoing subscription for continued access to the software and related services.

Because the services are tailor-made and cannot be resold or reversed, payments for work already carried out are non-refundable once the service has begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Further details regarding refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal rights are described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely via WooCommerce using the following payment providers:

• Stripe
• Vipps MobilePay

Payment is charged at the time of purchase or according to the subscription terms.

If you purchase a subscription, payments will be charged automatically at the agreed interval until the subscription is cancelled.

You may cancel a subscription at any time via your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period and are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Delivery details and timing depend on the type of product or service purchased and will be specified at checkout or in the order confirmation.

Digital services and access to the software are generally made available immediately or within a reasonable time after payment.

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Danish and EU consumer protection law.

If you request that performance of a service begins immediately and during the withdrawal period, and you provide explicit consent at checkout or in writing, your right of withdrawal may be waived or limited as permitted by law.

Refunds, cancellations, and return procedures are described in detail in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Sale.

If you have a complaint regarding a purchase, please contact us at info@legwork.dk. We aim to respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, you may submit it to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet) or pursue alternative dispute resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Legwork ApS is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profit or data, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

These Terms of Sale are governed by Danish law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
